How much do you charge?
You can hire a handyman for a set period of time to undertake a number of agreed jobs or collate all your jobs together on one 'To Do' list and book us for a day. Our minimum charge is £25 for 1 hour.You are only charged for the time our officer is on your premises not for the number of jobs
or even the type of jobs undertaken.
| We provide FREE quotation visits
for large jobs, such as bathroom and kitchen installations. For those smaller jobs we can usually tell you when you contact us. how long we estimate a job to take, if for any reason when our handyman arrives at your property they feel that the job will take a lot longer than the original estimate they will agree a revised estimate with you before any work is undertaken. |

Do you provide material?
All our maintenance officers carry basic small parts such as washers, nails, screws etc which you will not be charged for.As a general rule, enabling our charges to remain very competitive we do not provide materials.
If you require items to be purchased on your behalf we can do this by prior arrangement (up to a maximum of £500) but to compensate for our time, expertise and delivery we will charge you 20% of the total cost of goods (minimum £5).

Do you work weekends and evenings?
Yes, working hours are:| Monday - Thursday | 8.30 am - 7.30 pm |
| Friday | 8.30 am - 6.00 pm |
| Weekends and bank holidays | 8.30 am - 5.00 pm |
Emergency Call Out
